HELPLINE joins EasyVirt’s “Accelerate” Partner Programme and earns Gold status

Since 1994, HELPLINE has been making digital tools easier to use in businesses, with the goal of improving the employee experience. We are a leading name in user support, with more than 3,000 employees. Based in our service centres across France, Europe, and directly on-site with our clients, HELPLINE teams are always close to their needs. In fact, it was in response to a specific client demand that, in 2017, we expanded our services to create what is now known as INFRA by HELPLINE.

Why choose EasyVirt and its DC Scope® solution?

The Gold partnership between HELPLINE and EasyVirt stems from a relationship of trust that has grown over several years. During my previous role as Infrastructure Manager for a group of healthcare facilities, we implemented DC Scope®, and the benefits quickly became clear—both from an operational and strategic standpoint. It was during that time that we built a close working relationship with the EasyVirt team, laying the foundation for the human connection we share today.

When I took on my current role at HELPLINE nearly two years ago, it felt only natural to continue nurturing that relationship. Our discussions soon led to synergies, and this new partnership simply formalises a story that has already been unfolding for several years.

Within this collaborative framework, our team uses DC Scope® to optimise and troubleshoot various information systems.

Joining EasyVirt’s Accelerate partner programme underlines our commitment to working with local players in the infrastructure market, helping us maintain the proximity that is central to our promise and our customer relationships. It also reflects our ongoing commitment to high standards in data sovereignty and transparent data management.

Any initial feedback or progress on the partnership?

We’ve already introduced DC Scope® to some of our closest clients at the beginning of 2021. This led to a first proof of concept on an infrastructure we are preparing to integrate into our environment.

Your ambitions for 2021?

The rest of the year will be marked by joint initiatives between HELPLINE and EasyVirt, such as the HELPLINE webinar on 3rd June 2021 to present version 8 of DC Scope®. Going forward, we hope to optimise most of our clients’ infrastructures with this tool, continuing to meet their ongoing needs for continuous improvement.
