Thierry Barbedette, can you briefly introduce CloudReso’s expertise?

We are a value-added distributor of MSP solutions, offering technologies that are thoroughly validated and fully mastered by our technical team, currently made up of six specialists in virtualisation and cloud.

Why did you choose EasyVirt and its DC Scope® solution?

We’ve been distributing VMware solutions for nearly 10 years, and during that time, we’ve tested many monitoring tools available on the market, including Veeam One. Then we took an interest in DC Scope®. What really won us over was the technical depth of the solution, the log analysis features, and the monitoring module offered by EasyVirt. We were convinced early on, and the cost tracking module fully sealed the deal. This solution is ideal not only for us, but also for our reseller and hosting clients.

How does DC Scope® fit into your value proposition?

The product integrates completely securely into all of our clients’ environments. This enables us to offer the solution on a subscription basis, whether SaaS or on-premise. That flexibility is one of DC Scope®’s greatest strengths. You can deploy it directly at the client site or offer it as a rental for any desired period.

What kind of support do you offer your clients?

The solution allows our clients to optimise their storage and compute resources, while reducing downtime of one or several VMs, or an entire cluster. By streamlining their infrastructure (storage, CPU…), our clients can make cost savings (better amortisation and increased margins), while also improving operational performance. The solution, made up of complementary modules, is a turnkey offer with a strikingly simple implementation. It enables us to support our clients far beyond their expectations.

CloudReso is now a Gold partner of EasyVirt. We’re ramping up the distribution of the solution in order to offer our clients a tool that is as simple as it is effective.

Your ambitions for 2021?

2021 is a launch year to promote this offer we’ve branded as “MaxScope”. We aim to reach our reseller partners with a monthly per-VM rental model, allowing us to engage as many clients as possible by the end of December.
